See as you have not mentioned about the study certificate which you have lost so it is little bit difficult to guide you accordingly. There are different types of school study certificates like marksheet of class 10th, class 12th, character certificate and likewise.

For appearing in PGCET Counselling you have to present at the counselling centre along with all your original documents including your school study certificates.
