You do not need to worry about that, you can get your registration number from the SMS and Mail you got from TS EAMCET when you registered. They mention the registration details in the mail and SMS they send.
If you have lost that SMS and Mail then you can contact TS EAMCET so that they can resolve your problem.

Please check the Inbox of the Registered Email Id and the Mobile Number with which you have registered for TS EAMCET. If you do not find the Registration number there, please reach out to the helpdesk at convenertseamcet2020b@jntuh.ac.in (https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in/TSEAMCET/ContactUS.aspx#) or convenertseamcet2020a@jntuh.ac.in  (https://eamcet.tsche.ac.in/TSEAMCET/ContactUS.aspx#) . Please mail them from your Registered Email id and they can help you with that. They take atleast 24-72 hours to respond to the mail. Alternatively you can also call them at: 9573927391 and 9573965878 between 10 am to 5 pm on working days.

When you registered for Eamcet, you will receive an SMS on your registered mobile and  registered mail with registration number. so try to retrive your registration number from that. If you couldn't able to retrieve from mail and SMS,  then try to contact the helpline numbers or given contact mail  for any queries regarding  TS Eamcet.
