You should have received the Username and Password even at your Registered Email. You can use those credentials. Or else, visit the page: https://cdn3.digialm.com/EForms/configuredHtml/1815/63104/login.html and click on "Forgot Password". Enter the User Id and follow the procedure. But if you do not have the User Id even in the Email, then you may have to contact the helpdesk from your Registered Email.
