Your son is eligible for AP NEET State Quota based on your Central Government job. Domicile certificate is issued by the Tahsildar or MRO of the area you belong to. The rule states that " If either of the parents of the Candidate is either a Central Government Employee or State Government Employee or Public Sector Corporations or Local Body Universities and Educational Institutions recognised by the Government of AP are eligible for claiming AP State NEET 85% Counselling.
