The best ones are IITs and NITs to pursue B.E/B.Tech program and apart from that, private colleges like BITs,VIT,SRM,Manipal are also decent for the same. So if you wish to get admission there in NITs and IITs you will have to crack IIT-Jee exam and for above mentioned private colleges their own entrances are there. Also, you can apply for your particular state entrance as well.
