You can do MBA through distance and correspondance MBA or part time MBA. But these degrees have little value and you might not get a shift in your career path through dustance/ correspondance or part time MBA.

Yes, you can actually do that through Distance and correspondence MBA or part-time MBA is for you.

But to be honest, a distance course does not hold the equal value as a full-time course does. So, if not absolutely impossible for you to leave the job I will not suggest going for distance courses in MBA. 

A relativistic option is to get in touch with the HR in your company and discuss your career aspirations with them. A lot of companies do let you change your path and you might get an opening to work as in the HR. Some companies also let you take a sabbatical. That is basically a long leave where you don't have to resign from your job but you can pursue the studies you wish to.
