Based on your marks, your probable rank is between 290928-330928. As you belong to the general category, you might not have even passed the cutoff. On the basis of this rank, your chances of getting into any good Government or Private college is doubtful, better to say nil. 

Please do not loose heart for the poor result in JEE Main.Its absolutely fine.You can sit for the entrance examination of other Good Private Colleges like MIT(Manipal Institute of Technology, Mangalore),SMIT(Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology), SRM University, VIT,UPES,LPU etc. The above are a list of good private colleges, if you want to do engineering.
