Depends on which state you are from.

St. Xavier's has a number of reservations available. Apart from reservation for students of Maharashtra state, they also have reservations for Christian students, along with normal Indian Constitution reservations. So, honestly it's a little difficult for a non-domicile non-Christian student to gain admission, particularly for UG there.
