If you are really interested in doing engineering in cs then it's not necessary that you should have any cs background.You should give JEE MAINS exam and after qualifying it you give JEE ADVANCED and before the start of your college and end of JEE ADVANCED exam there will be one month period you can do coaching for JAVA or C or C++.Its not necessary that you should have Cs background for taking cs branch.
