The age should be - Not more than 23 years as on October 1, 2018, for General candidates (Relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates).

Academic qualification is as follows -

Successfully completed or appearing for 10+2 qualifying examination or equivalent from any recognized Board

So given that, yes Shruti you are eligible. You can apply for NIFT 2019.
