Sorry but you won't be able to make it up to kgmc with these marks .Last rank to be admitted in KGMU via  general state quota in year 2016 was with UP state rank 220 with NEET AIR was 1749 and exact marks scored was 549.  As you know there isn't much difference with general and obc candidate marks and with such a huge gap from 1749 to 11786 you can understand it won't be possible to get a seat even if you belong to obc category.

However you might get a seat in some other colleges
