I regret to inform you that the SC certificate issued by your state will not be sound anymore. The certificate provided by your native place can only be used in your state and you are suitable for different opportunities in your state only. In a different state, your caste might not be included in the SC category list as the castes included in the SC list is different for a different state.
You first check if your caste is included in the list of castes eligible for the SC category certificate in AP. If your caste is included in that then you can apply for it in your migrated state.
