YES , BY GIVING EXAM IN DELHI/ SCHOOL IN DELHI, YOU ARE 100% ELIGIBLE FOR DELHI STATE QUOTA.

you need to have migration certificate, transfer certificate etc for a school which is in Delhi, and you are good to go.

these all certificates are given by school along with your class 12th marksheet.
