As you got 60% from arts stream you are very much eligible for pursuing B.A from any college of your choice.
But few college have their own criteria as they admit students on the basis of merits and very high merit is required for arts stream but still their are many good colleges who give admissions on the basis of entrance exam if you clear that you can get admission in B.A.

Then there are many good private colleges as well there you can easily get admission for B.A
