Hello Nidhi,

We are not able to understand that about which passing certificate you are talking about. If you are talking about 12th passing exam then you will get directly from the cbse board after passing the exam.

I m talking about cbse passing certificate of class 12 after giving reappearing exam in 2019 as a private candidate
