You can make your own notes for your studies which will help you in revision later. You can also use flash cards.

 

Solve subject-wise mock test series to get good hold on the topic and for your practice.  Give extra attention to the topics which carries more weightage in the exam. 

You should be aware of your strength and weakness. So, you can work upon them accordingly.
