Sorry for informing you, but I believe that after the application form has been filed, these modifications will not be considered. I've seen similar events in the past, and so have several of my friends and acquaintances as well. In such cases, I would suggest that you send them an email or contact them on their hotline number to communicate with them. They will almost certainly get back to you about your issue, and if they do not, you will be forced to apply for alternative admission exams in the future.
