Technically use of the Whitener in the OMR sheets can be problematic as many times the OMR machines can't interpret the details. Now as you have number written in it, then your copy is less likely to face any problem as it would be forwarded to manual checking. So don't worry and technically your copy will not be cancelled or have to face any problem.
