I understand that you have mistakenly mentioned the wrong passing year while filling out your  ccc form and now to answer your question I request you not to panic as this situation of yours can be easily solved. Firstly check if there is any availability of any correction window for rectifying your mistake and if there is any then do the needful during that window.

Now if there is no correction window, then I request you to address this matter to the authorities thorough speed post in the form of a letter which should mention your credentials accurately and clearly states the discrepancy and also request them to rectify the mistake at the earliest and give you an intimation of the same. Also request them to expedite the entire process.
