I hope you are doing good. As you have mentioned that you have made a mistake and submitted registration form and downloaded it's pdf application.

I suggest you to please ensure your all corrections that are needed and wait for the correction form to be released. Every organisation has their correction form dates, usually after a week of main registration end date. During correction form, no new applications are entertained. You need to fill the form with your unique ID/registration number, and pay the nominal fees as required. Then it will be reflected in your new registration form, you can download and print it.

Now this latest corrected form is your final form.
