I made mistake in neet online correction window related to disability and it is finalised.then now what should I do now

Greetings aspirant!

NTA re-opened the correction window for neet on 23rd September till 30th September. As you have mentioned that your disability criteria has been mistaken by you in the correction window, their is nothing you can do now. Once you have submitted your edited Information in correction window, you are not allowed to edit it second time. https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-application-form-correction-guide

You should contact NEET helpdesk and ask for further guidance because wrong disability criteria can create problem in future admission process. Contact the authorities through this contact information neet@nta.ac.in 0120-6895200 or either go to the official website and search for helplines.
