i made my EWS certificate after marriage from my husband tehsil with my husband name like xxxxx w/o yyyyyyy due to lack of knowledge and guidelines is it valid??

If you are married, then legally, your husband's income will be considered your family income along with yours if you are working as well. So you were correct in getting a EWS Certificate in your Husband's name. Had you been single or unmarried then, your Father's name should have been there. But because you are married, it is the right way to add your Husband's name. Do not worry about it.
