I hope you are doing good. As per your query , I would glad to aware validity of ews certificate is of 1 finanical year . Suppose if you have make your certifcate in september 2020 , then it will be valid till end of 2020 financial year which will end around at the end of april 2021. If we take your case , then your certificate date 12/12/2020 then it will be valid till the end of april 2021 after that you have to  apply with fresh applicatiion because ews cerificate doesnt have renewing facility right now
