I made the payment through online desk bill but didn't get my confirmation letter! What do I do now?

Hello Alham,

Even if you haven't received any confirmation letter, if the amount has been deducted from your account, you must have a transaction id in your passbook. Use this transaction id to get the confirmation letter by writing to the concerned authorities, the KEA as well as the billdesk partner. This should get the problem sorted.

Also, you can try to proceed forward and submit your form after reviewing the details. If your form is submitted, that means your fee has been received by the KEA as only then will you be able to proceed to the next step.

Do not paic, sometimes it simply takes longer to produce the confirmation due to high trafiic.
