At the time of admission, candidates are required to submit the following original documents-

NEET PG Admit Card 2019 issued by National Board of Examinations (NBE).

NEET PG Scorecard 2019 released by NBE.

MBBS 1st, 2nd and 3rd professional examinations mark sheets.

Internship completion certificate stating that the internship was completed by March 31, 2019.

Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate

Class 10th pass certificate/Birth certificate as a proof of date of birth.

Valid ID proof- PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID Passport or Aadhar Card.

Caste Certificate, if applicable

Disability Certificate, if applicable
