I dont know to which category you belong to but the last year cut offs for this college for different categories were:

  • UR - 455
  • OBC - 383
  • SC - 352
  • ST - 428

These  cut offs just give a rough idea and changes every year according to the no. of applicants, no. of seats and difficulty level of the paper.

If you are from unreserverd category u can try for other colleges in your state:

  • Mandya Institute of Medical Sciences, Mandya
  • Hassan Institute of Medical Sciences, Hassan
  • Belgaum Institute of Medical Sciences, Belgaum
  • Vijayanagar Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellary
