Go to the login page. Try to see if you can login. I am talking not about the login page for admit card but the main page where on the top right hand side, there is a login button. The application details are mentioned in there. Otherwise search your email for a mail from info.tcsionhub@digialm.com. Else mail this email ID asking for help. Give your name, date of birth and they should send the application number.
