I missed 1st round option entry so can i apply for 2nd round option entry do i get chance for 2nd round

Hello Aspirant,

If you missed Round-1 option entry, you normally are able to join Round-2 as a "fresh" candidate (you will not be claiming a Round-1 seat). Once your registration/payment/document-verification are complete, you can enter your choices when the Round-2 window opens. Watch the official portal for dates and watch for any special rules around being a late entre.

If you registered and completed document verification but missed round 1 option entry,you can participate and fill options in round 2 and will be considered from that round onwards.If you didn't register at all in round 1,then generally you can't directly join in round 2.

The above info applies to most councelling process, but for clearer guidance,could you please confirm which councelling are you referring to(MHT-CET,NEET,JEE or others)?
