Hello Ravi. 

If you have missed the entry option of 3rd round then you may not be able to apply for the counselling further. So either you have to wait for another one year or try in any other college counselling if you have applied for it. Also if you have not floated all the colleges and if you can apply for the ones still there then contact the officials and try to get one.
