If you have missed the counselling then you can't get admission based on ojee rank,  you have to look for the colleges which can give you direct admission based on class 12th marks. You can apply for TNEA counselling and REAP as well.

Your rank in JEE Mains Examination is very very high due to which you can't get admission in government colleges. But you can surely get asmissadm in one of the top private institutions by appearing in their respective entrance examinations. Universities like Shiv Nadar, Amity, Galgotias, Chandigarh, LPU, SRM, ICFAI etc provide their own entrance examinations. Go into their official website and see the procedure ahead needed to be a part of those institutions.
