My suggestion will be to take admission in an M.Tech program at any of top 7 IIT preferably IIT Bombay so that if there is no more PSU hiring this year. You'll get selected at BARC after your PG from IIT as they come during 2nd year of your Masters in IIT's to shortlist candidates for their recruitment based on their past GATE score and performance in Masters.
