A candidate's hall ticket is required in order to appear for an examination. You have not mentioned the name of the institution or body which you are referring to in your question. You will have to mention whose hall ticket number you are asking for. The name of the institution is required to answer your question. For example, if it's an exam hall ticket of AP EAPCET/  CGPET/ NIOS/ IGNOU/ etc. you will have to specify the name.
