You didn't mentioned the board name , Here I'm mentioning CBSE syllabus:

• 12th Class Physics paper is divided in two parts i.e. Theory and Practical section.
• Theory paper will consist of 9 units which will be of 70 marks.
• The duration of theory paper will be 3 hours.
• Practical exam will be of 30 marks.
