Login here by using your enrollment number or reference number and date of birth.Go to e-service and make changes.Be sure to give correct details.For this you have to pay required fees online.After few days by login you will get your updated marksheet.Then you have to return your earlier marksheet to NIOS against new marksheet.

You can also make correction by applying at the concerned NIOS regional centre.you will need documentary proof and documents (marksheet/certificate).
