see as per the neet ug exam day guideline of 2020 it is mandatory to carry the following documents to the exam center,

admit card,

photograph of the candidate , (passport size)

ID proof

pwd certificate if opted for pwd reservations.

however it is mandatory to carry pwd certificate to appear in the exam.

You can write your NEET exam even if you do not have your pwd certificate with you yet but you will not be given a seat on the basis of your pwd category unless you produce the pwd certificate at the time of counselling . You need to get your pwd certificate with you before the counselling starts to avail the benefits of the quota.
