Wait for at least 10 to 15 days since registration process recently got over and in FAQs, they mentioned that it may take around 10 to 15 days to credit back any extra money deducted so don't worry and don't do anything just wait for some time You will be charged only once.

This is a server related problems, in this issue your fault as well NTA fault is also not there, so in such cases you need to draft a mail to the respective official of NTA authority regarding your server issue, they will definitely gonna help you in this.
