i have also faced the same problem when i was filling the mahcet ballb form and my form fee is also deducted twice

Yes it happens sometimes. Wait for minimum of 3 days from the date of transaction. If it is still not reflected in the application form, contact your Bank. Tell them the transaction has been done and the money has been debited from my account but the beneficary has not yet received money. They will lodge a compaint. If the problem is from the MHCET website side the money will be refunded to your account.

If the problem is not from the Bank side , kindly contact the exam authority of Maharashtra. They will help you out.
