Yes,they will refund money after charging processing fee..If you get your interested College in next phase of counselling,then you can change College.. Don't bother about admission fee,you just need to talk with administration department of that College and share your issue..They will definitely help you...

Hello sir I payed admission fee of 23000 in first phase and in second phase I cancelled my seat and I joined in spot admission in anthor college but my amount is not refunded how sir please reply mee
