Yes, if you have allocated a seat in second phase counselling of TS EAMCET then your previous seat allotment will get cancelled automatically. And the documents submitted will be returned to you and the tuition fee that you have paid will be refunded to you. You need to self report in the institute allotted to you in the second phase counselling to secure admission. If you are not allotted seat in second phase counselling then the previous seat allotted will be retained.
