You need to simply freeze the college and pay for the seat else you looose out on that artucular seat which then shall b epassed on to next merit number.
Incas eyou hav ebeen allotte dbetter college tgrkugh Minority quota or tgrough any other exam via Jee Mains you cab choos eto withdraw seat from MHTCET.
