If you have given your 12th exam from NIOS then dont worry they will give your your Migration cum transfer certificate(if you have passed with 5 subjects or more) after 30 days from the date of declaration of result and you will recieve the passing certificate after 4 months from the date of declaration of result via speed post or registered post. NIOS does not provide character certificate.
