Hello Balraj,
You don't need to worry brother.
Improvement has got nothing to do with TC or Leaving Certificate.
You can still apply for improvement.
You just need to meet your teachers or principal and tell them that you want to apply for improvement.
They will explain you the process.
Be in contact with your teachers.
