Hiii

For the purpose of jobs, The recruiter first checks the CV/ Resume of the applicant, and the most catchy and attractive resume is given chance. NOw what does a catchy resume mean. This does not mean you decorate your resume. This means that you have the best qualifications and interests that fits their post they are offering. And if you are interested in programing like JAVA or something, I would suggest you to join a course of JAVA a diploma course would be a better choice so that after completing your diploma you can apply to some company and also you can go for higher studies i.e post diploma courses and improve your Resume to gain promotions and salary hike.
hope this helps, feel free to revert back for more query about the same.

Thanks!
