Did the examiner give good marks for the improvement candidate cause lots of people say that improvement exam is useless and the examiner didn't give a marks at all  I'm confused

Once you appear for improvement exam in boards, only your improvement report card is considered original. So, upload the improvement exam 2019 report card. If any issue arises, then you may have to upload your old report card, otherwise there is no harm in uploading the improvement one.
