Hello Aspirant ,

Yes, you can fill MHT CET application form.
And when you will fill the application form using your marks of the improvement exam then the year in which you appeared for the improvement exam and passed is the year you need to fill in the form.
Moreover, make sure that you have appeared for improvement in all the subjects that you had opted for the first time when you appeared for boards.
