You can take 12th equivalent certificate from the JAC board office in Ranchi. By rule, your college has to provide you the certification on request from you. As the principal has to forward your request but it generally takes some time. I would suggest you go for the process on your own. You can also contact the board or your college for more help. However, in Jharkhand a lot of procedures change even within a day, thus I would advise you to go through the college only, they can tell you the very exact and working procedure to procure equivalent certificate.
