I passed B.E. in 2018 but I have one backlog subjects and the result is yet to come. Can I apply for gate 2019?

Hi,
    No. Firstly clear the back then go for applying the gate exam because if now youll go for applying for gate exam then it might create a problem later as of not now. All the best!
