Yes, you would be possessing two marksheets. One, the regular which will contain all your subjects other than improvement exam. In improvement marksheet, the subject in which you have given improvement exam would be mentioned. At admission time, you need to show both of your marksheets if improvement marksheet contains the subject which is needed to establish eligibility.
