Hi aspirant,

CBSE conducted the improvement examination in order to to enable candidates better scores than what they were awarded through internal assessment. If you get a score which is lower than the marks you are earlier had it will not be considered and you will retain the original marks.

So in case even if you have failed in the improvement examination, your previous marks will be taken to consideration and you will be declared pass.
