Hello student as in Neet marks of practical and theory paper both are equally important so you should proceed in neet application with the Marksheet which have practical Marks.

Neet eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in physics chemistry and biology with minimum 50 percent marks from a recognized board.

Actually the practical marks on the supplementary marksheet are of 11 th standard but in 2013 our results of both 11 th and 12 were clubbed in a single marksheet that's why the problem arose. I contacted NTA and they asked me to wait for the form to be released
